I couldn't be happier with the assistance I received from Michael for our refinance. I have had bad experiences before when refinancing but this was a totally different experience. Michael answered all of my questions, contacted me regularly, and walked me through the process of our refinance. I could reach him when I had questions and he always returned my calls promptly. He is professional and courteous. He made this process so easy and I highly recommend working with him.

Michael was very informative even before we found the house we wanted. He worked with us and gave us options to consider as it relates to obtaining the most desirable rate. He answered any questions we had and helped us understand the entire process, as Florida works a bit different than NYS. Also, a very special thank you and shout out to Tameka...talk about spot on and professional...She kept the entire process flowing and on track... couldn't have done it so smoothly without her!
